The latest M-series handset offers a 120Hz AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It is a 6.7-inch display that features a centered punch-hole notch which the company refers to as an Infinity-O display. Under the hood, the handset packs an octa-core Dimensity 900 processor that brings with it an integrated Mali G68 GPU.
Talking about the optics, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G offers a quad-rear camera setup including a 108MP primary shooter. It also happens to be the first M-series device with a 108MP camera setup. Apart from the high-resolution sensor, the handset also has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. Samsung has equipped with M53 5G with a 32MP snapper for video calls and selfies.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is fuelled by a 5000mAh battery. It supports 25W fast charging over the Type-C port. However, the company may not bundle the charging brick in the retail box, similar to other mid-range Galaxy devices. The Galaxy M53 5G ships with OneUI 4.1, based on Android 12.
